Cleanliness of clinic was above average, and specialist was knowledgeable in lab test.
Been standing here for 1/2 hour in the cold waiting for location to open. This location is supposed to open at 8 am now it’s 8:30 am. Very unprofessional. Bronx locations please do better.
I went there at 8am, thinking I can be done early. However, the location was closed, while myself and other patients were waiting outside. No sign, the hours of operation sign was removed, and no explanation. A waste of peoples time. Unacceptable. Had to leave due to my schedule. They need to do better.
Parking was horrible. The place is very small and could be mistaken for the facility next door. I had an 8:10am appointment that was called on time. The tech was knowledgable and pleasant.
Such a wonderful experience. The attendant was very sweet and kind. Very happy we came here.
