Very professional and fast service!
I see a lot of complaints on here about wait times and rudeness but that was not my experience at all. I had an appointment at 10:10 AM and got here about 15 minutes early and was seen within 3 minutes of arrival. The lady that checked me in and took my blood was very very friendly and accommodating. I wish I could remember her name. I think (and this is shaky) that her name rhymed morning? She was a black lady probably late 20's and she had dreads. Tammy helped my husband this morning just wanted to share everyone that she is wonderful and very friendly . She is very good for her job!
I’ve used Quest several times now and am familiar with the process. It all went very smoothly this time. No issues. The lady who took my blood samples was friendly and very efficient. I appreciate her. She has served me several times now.
