It was a very pleasant experience. I was the only person waiting. I was seen within a few minutes. The lady was very nice. It only took a few minutes and I was out the door. The location was great. Inside Safeway in back of the store. By the pharmacy.Lots of parking.

Arrived at the Dublin location, during business hours, and found the door locked!! An employee started to open a closed door inside the clinic while I was standing at the front door and quickly closed the it when she saw me waiting. Once she finally came out and I was allowed in, by another employee that was outside of the office, still during business hours, I was REFUSED service. Please save your time and go to another location. It takes forever even if you take an appointment, forget about walkins.

After waiting over an hour with an appointment at quest in San Leandro and hearing from a guy in the waiting room who goes weekly and said they are always running late, I now realize how good Dublin’s location is. There was no wait when I went to Dublin last week, and the nurse was polite and efficient. I will drive the 20 minutes to Dublin next time even tho the quest in San Leandro is three blocks from my house.
