Fantastic customer service once you find the office. There need to be signs to be able to find it. I had to ask an employee of another office where Quest was located. (The back entrance - opposite of the side of the building from route 31.
Great experience. The technician was topnotch, thorough, quick, and extremely pleasant.
Your Cicero location is absolutely horrible. You walk in the windows to the back all have privacy screens on them so you can’t see anyone. I waited in your lobby for over 10 min while I was forced to listen to your staff socialize I signed in , knocked on the window. No answer. Finally someone came to the door, she asked me if I was signed in?! I was the only one in the waiting room mind you.
