Alicia was the bomb! Such a great personality and an easy blood draw
Had a 7:10 AM appointment, arrived early and checked in on my phone, but the office never opened. I waited until 8:00 AM with no sign, no notice, and no one answering the phone. This lack of communication wasted my time and was very stressful and unprofessional.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Very good at their jobs (never felt the poke!) They were also very fast. It was honestly a great experience!
