I arrived at Quest as a walk-in and checked in at the kiosk. The kiosk notified me of an estimated wait time of 30–60 minutes, so I did not expect to wait over 4 hours. That level of delay is unacceptable, especially when the estimated time given was so far off. The only reason I was eventually seen was because, after waiting more than 2hours, I logged into the app myself and scheduled the next available appointment. Had an appointment, but got directed to wrong location. Original location under construction. Tried to double check address, couldn't find it anywhere. Link sent to me didn't work. Best thing is the person who did draw my blood was amazing!
