My appointment (Lyme test) was for 9:10, I arrived at 9:05, was called in at 9:07 and put the door at 9:10 and my nurse was friendly. Great experience overall!
ZERO STARS. Abandon all hope ye who enter here. Gleefully rude. RUN AWAY!!!! I'd rather draw my own blood with a steak knife and a straw! Go to Brown University Health Laboratories instead. No appointments and you get treated like a human.
