My feedback and comments have to do with the Quest patient handling software, not the employees. I had to get a prompt blood draw and initially went to the Stony Hill Bethel location as a walk in. The phlebotomists are trained to rely on just your software as to which patient is next and I ended up having to wait there over 2 hrs because the software isn't smart enough to figure out how to slip someone in even if the next scheduled appt is there. Easy, conventient location. No wait time with appointment. Very professional and effecient. I like getting my results on Myquest right away.
I was a walk-in, no appointment and only had to wait 5 minutes. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for more.
Came in as a walk in, waited 2 hours just to be told that they’re not actually taking walk ins today. The communication needs to be better at this place.
Clean waiting rm & the techs were REALLY nice! I am a tough blood draw usually & my experience here was incredible. Highly recommend
