The ladies were so sweet and patient with my daughter. They worked with us and my daughter’s requests to have her headphones on, eyes covered, and only get poked while she was doing deep breaths. My daughter said she didn’t even feel it.
I was a walk in, and when checking in the kiosk said the next available appointment was over an hour later. But before I could even complete check in, the lady came out and offered that she could go ahead and do my blood draw immediately. She was very respectful and kind. She didn't mind that I had to bring my toddler with me, and was very accommodating. She interacted with me and my toddler in a very kind and professional manner. Overall I am very happy with the service provided.
I have my blood drawn in the Jefferson City, Missouri office and the people that work there are just fantastic! They’re very friendly and very helpful and make getting your blood drawn, a pleasant experience.
