Horrible experience, the lady taking my blood test had put in the needle into my arm but she lost the vain. She kept saying a moved but I didn’t move an inch and she started moving the needle while it was still in my arm.
Terrible customer service. On June 10 2024, I dropped by this facility to ask a question. The tech was going out the door for lunch, so I said to her excuse me but... That is when she interrupted me midsentence to say she was going to lunch and that I would have to come back later. When I said all I wanted to do is ask a question, she said I would have to make an appointment. I said as she walked away from me, "just to ask a question?"
