I believe the tech/nurse's name was Abi? She was fabulous and so gracious to my 96 year old father, even helping us get him in the car when I pulled up to the door since it began raining while he was having his blood drawn.
I was in and out fast and the technician was good; she got the vein the very first time (which is unusual for me) and I barely felt a thing. I have used Quest many times in the past and have always had a good experience, they have good team in Salem.
I never had a better experience getting my blood drawn seriously the two that were there absolutely amazing
I don't like this place they're always so rude about everything. Doesn't care for their customers, only had very few good interactions
Friendly staff members, always timely check-in, modern facility. Tiny thing I noticed: No number to call to talk to a representative, therefore I highly recommend using google and their online service to find answers to your questions. Automated service they have is not that good :)
