Very efficient appointment, checked in via phone- love that option! Lab tech was very punctual and friendly and communication was excellent. Highly recommended.
There is one woman that works at the Salem location that I always see and she's awesome. So personable and funny, and my bloodwork goes smoothly every time. I used to hate to get blood drawn, but she's so skilled that it doesn't hurt and I never bruise! My favorite place for bloodwork.
I believe the tech/nurse's name was Abi? She was fabulous and so gracious to my 96 year old father, even helping us get him in the car when I pulled up to the door since it began raining while he was having his blood drawn.
I was in and out fast and the technician was good; she got the vein the very first time (which is unusual for me) and I barely felt a thing. I have used Quest many times in the past and have always had a good experience, they have good team in Salem.
I never had a better experience getting my blood drawn seriously the two that were there absolutely amazing
