Katie was fast, efficient, painless, and very personable. Our favorite phlebotomy, ever!
As always, the experience is a special blessing. I received a pleasant greeting and was engaged in a friendly, pertinent conversation about the test and the ongoing issue I am having that warrents the test. Because I had an appointment there was a very short wait, and she expertly withdrew blood with no wasted effort. It was a pleasure!
The technician who works at the Paradise site is great: friendly, efficient, always on time.
