The technician did an excellent job. No Pain!!
Brenda, our blood draw technician, was phenomenal!!! My 80+ yr old Mom has difficult veins and Brenda executed a perfect, painless, 1 poke draw. Impressive and appreciated 🥳 We personally could not get the app, text or site to ck us in due to lack of wifi/data connection in Safeway. Thankfully Brenda was happy to help us.
Quest Labs Lynden Benson Rd. The facility is new - but dirty. Greasy arm prints on the chair (every time I go in) for lab draw. Garbage on the floor-messy. Felt very unsanitary in there. My son got his lab draw And she jokingly asked if he wanted a Band-Aid after. He didn't get Band-Aid after lab draw, and he got a large welt on his arm after. The technician seems very unprofessional and broken English. I tried to be kind and gracious- but felt uncomfortable in this office.
