Brenda drew my blood. She is amazing. I used to dread having blood drawn, until seeing Brenda at the Lynden Safeway Lab. She has totally changed my experience. She is highly, highly skilled. She puts the patient at ease, works quickly and keeps it running on time, and is soooo friendly. I actually look forward to my blood draws now because I get to see her! Staff was rude don't bother with this location if you don't have too.
The female tech at the lab office in the Safeway store, Lynden, WA was brusque and rude - again. This time I witnessed her say to an elderly woman, who arrived 30 minutes PRIOR to the posted hours, say, and I quote: “If you are here to get your blood drawn, it’s not gonna happen!”. No greeting, nothing like, I’m sorry I won’t be able to get to you within our stated hours today, no good bye.
