Today was the second time I've had to take my daughter there. She is only 16 months and Aaliya was amazing with her, just like last time. She was fast at finding what she needed, provided a calm environment with a soothing voice, and got in and out with ease. Thank you all so much.
The best quest I’ve been to! In and out in 10 minutes, friendly staff, and very clean.
This was the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. Empathy and kindness would be revolutionary for the staff here. The blonde woman with short hair was beyond rude, showing no sense of discretion or respect. When a patient is clearly seeking help and mentions that a situation may be embarrassing, you do not announce it to a lobby full of people.
