Do NOT go to Quest Diagnostics. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I initially went to the Round Lake location and I was unable to sign in for a drug test that I need for school. They gave me the option to set up an appointment on the kiosk, which I tried doing, but every single location listed was unavailable to set up an appointment at this time. Needed drug screening, checked in without appointment 1 being served and one waiting. Toile 45 minutes before they finished blood work on the first and 3 other ppl checked in. Had to get faster service elsewhere.

I'm usually a baby about having blood taken but it was quick and painless!

Place is not good. Rude lady immediately had a negative attitude. Wonder how many veins she mangles. This says more about quest than it does about her.

Rude and inconsiderate. Not helpful at all. I was told by my doctor to just go into Quest and pick up a kit that I needed to take home and return to Quest. I said I am just here to pick up a kit. I was told I had to sign in and make an appointment. I was shocked at the attitude of this woman/nurse.
