I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Jasmine the phlebotomist at my appointment today. I hate getting bloodwork done, and Jasmine made it such a pleasant experience. It was completely pain free, and she talked to me the whole time to distract me. She even had me laughing while there was a needle in my arm, hahaha. I can't speak highly enough about her. My mom had awful experience today doing her blood work with this lab associate. He used a very thick needle to her hand and he was pushing it strongly to her arm, she felt like he is putting a screw in her hand. My mom’s had immediately swallowed and I asked him for ice he said there is no ice here!! While, her vines are so visible. He said did she drink water today? I had to take my one year old to get bloodwork and Jasmine and Evan were incredible. Not only did they calm the baby and be able to find a vein they called my nerves! Highly recommend!
I was in and out within an hour, and made an appointment two days before! Super easy blood draw, the woman who helped me was very nice too.
Jasmine is absolutely WONDERFUL. My daughter always has issues with them finding her veins and Jasmine was able to get the blood drawn in the first try! Great bedside manor as well. Will definitely be coming back to this location!
