As this was my first visit with a new tech, I was extremely pleased with her pleasant approach and personality! She made the process a fun visit but was extremely professional and very good at the draw. Very qick and precise in the process. She represents Quest very well.
I don't know why this place has good reviews. I have a severe allergy that I put on the form and the phlebotomist ignored it. I was left with hives for 3 weeks. Also, I was left bleeding at the site. The phlebotomist looked shocked. I'm like, yeah, you did it wrong.
All my Diagnostic work has been done by Quest Labs, at Clinton Hospital. Never a problem and always done right. The best Technicians!
Truly great Quest location (which is rare considering how bad most of them are). The phlebotomists here are kind, quick and always on time! It’s also easy to find, and there’s plenty of parking (attached to the UMass hospital). Couldn’t recommend this location enough.
