T techhe made the process very professional and very good at the draw. Very qick and precise in the process. She represents Quest very well.
I tried to discuss with the technician that the PSA that was ordered needed to be the post-prostatectomy PSA, as a follow up for my prostate cancer, as she had done for me last year. At first she acted like she didn't understand what I was saying. I showed her the result on MYQUEST from last year. She then said that she couldn't change from what was ordered, even though she managed to get the right test done last year. No waiting at all. I made an appointment through the app. updated all my information. then I was able to check in through my phone. It was so easy Once i arrived, my wait was less than 3 minutes before i was taken in. The staff was friendly and professional. then i was able to review my test results on the app the next day.
Poor customer service at this location and very unfriendly Lab technician. Won't go back to this location and neither will my husband. Had same type of unfriendly experience on his last visit.
Very convenient location and time slots available. Professional and polite technician.
