Poor customer service at this location and very unfriendly Lab technician. Won't go back to this location and neither will my husband. Had same type of unfriendly experience on his last visit.

As this was my first visit with a new tech, I was extremely pleased with her pleasant approach and personality! She made the process a fun visit but was extremely professional and very good at the draw. Very qick and precise in the process. She represents Quest very well.
I don't know why this place has good reviews. I have a severe allergy that I put on the form and the phlebotomist ignored it. I was left with hives for 3 weeks. Also, I was left bleeding at the site. The phlebotomist looked shocked. I'm like, yeah, you did it wrong.
