If I could go to negative stars I would because there is a continued pattern of the very same problems with this location. Book an appointment, confirm the appointment, go to the appointment, and go to the location only to find that even though I have a text from Quest confirming my appointment they don't have me in the que. Simple solution would be talk with someone there, but there is no one except two kiosks that keep telling me I don't have an appointment even though I have that confirmation. The tech that helped me was professional and patient, while I called my doctor for clarification on a test. She was quick with the blood draw and overall so sweet.
Worst check in experience at a healthcare facility ever. A kiosk? Seriously? If this is the future of healthcare we are doomed. Got a question? Tough sh*t, there is no one there to help.
