Went to Quest because an endocrinologist asked me to and let me tell i will NOT be going back. Service folk are very rude, in the laboratory and also via the phone. Most frustrating part is that getting my results was an ordeal. I did not receive any email notification (as they said i would) and when i finally get some results by logging into MisResultados ai noticed there were lab results from labs that i paid for missing. If you can avoid using this place. Even though medical technician are decent, The overall service is below standard. The front desk lack organizational, customer service and the common sense to treat patients with respect.
Soy paciente que usa este laboratorio por años y cada día está peor. Entiendo que pueda haber poco personal, como hoy, pero el empleador lleva 20 minutos hablando con un paciente de casas y rentas y desde la sala de espera se escucha a las demás en la parte de atrás haciendo chistes y riéndose. ¿Están para dar servicio y atender a las personas o para hablar cosas personales y que no tienen que ver con su trabajo?
