Fast and friendly. It's nice being able to make an appointment
It was leary after reading the reviews, but I had an excellent experience. I made my appointment online and checked in when I got there (via the text). I did not have to wait very long when Mary came and got me. She was exceptional, she drew my blood with no problems at all (and I am a hard stick). My own doctor's nurse can't even draw my blood, she has to call the doctor in. Mary was friendly, and made me feel very much at ease. I couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you Mary!!
Robin was lovely and she did such a great job with both sorting out my tests (there were a few issues with my orders) and getting my blood. 10/10
