Several times they cannot find orders that my Dr has sent in by fax. The staff is rude and not helpful. They send you out the door and tell you to have Dr fax orders even though they can’t find orders already faxed. Terrible company.
I've been going to this location for years and I never leave disappointed. The staff there is the best in all ways possible.
0 OUT OF 5 STARS Lee's Summit location not ADA Accessible. Could not get my wheelchair through the outside door. Actually got stuck in the door and the automatic door kept shutting on me while stuck, hurting me. And no one working here (does anyone work here?) came to offer any assistance. Will not return. BRING YOUR DOOR UP TO CODE!!!
