So slow. How do you get there at 8 am and it takes till 10:10AM..horrible service and the lobby is annoying. Sitting next to be with perfume and cologne way to strong. Tv playing some annoying repeating advertisement. Just horrible business model in my opinion
This was a terrible two day experience. Day 1, they lost my order. Had to call my doctor several times to confirm that this office had it all along. This was a take home test. I just needed to pick up the necessary items to do my test at home. There is no option for that on the sign in screen nor is there a physical receptionist to inquire of the procedure or call to confirm when an order is received or not.
