I had a scheduled appointment and was in and out ahead of schedule. Staff was friendly, professional and efficient.
My technician Myla was rude, snippy & unkind. I’m a hard stick for blood drawn. So it’s stressful for me. I drank 4 bottles of water before and still it was rough. Instead of showing just a small amount of kindness, she was extremely rude. At one point she requested my husband’s SS#. Why would she need that? Another reason I don’t ever want her to draw my blood ever again! I’m so upset!
Very long wait times even with appointment, but Emily took time to work quickly and effectively even skipping breaks when other co-worker didn't.
One of the saddest changes to happen to local healthcare. The lab here made a mistake submitting tests to Medicare for my mother, and when she tried to contact them to correct the situation, as instructed by Medicare, she was literally abused on the phone. Yelled at, ignored, she called me later having a mental breakdown. All because Quest refuses to ever admit they can or have made a mistake.
