The site to schedule appointments is NOT intuitive. Appointment availability is few and far between. No one will answer the phone. The customer service is one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time.

Was ok… really needed to schedule an appointment as they started to not accept walk ins. Noticed that it’s closed permanently now?
What a joke - they have 6 rooms and one person working ? - walk ins? Thats History.
