Very rude lady. Do not go here.
You have been told for the last three years that the place is rude, unprofessional why don't you do something about it instead of saying sorry you had a bad experience and will take care of it because 3 years later it's just getting worse. If you cannot do something about it and fix it after 3 years of being ignorant than I we'll go to the better Business bureau and we'll see how they take care of it
Go to any other Quest before this one. Lady did not explain anything regarding the appointment to me, was pretty rude overall, and smelled like she just smoked a pack of cigarettes. On the plus side, I was in and out in 10 minutes…but left wondering if that was even a legit medical office😅 do not recommend.
How are they still in business? This is the most unprofessional place I have ever had to take a child to. If those folks don’t like where they work, rather than attempt to mistreat or talk down to customers, why don’t they find something they would enjoy? Horrible negative environment!
