Very easy process - fast service and staff is wonderful.
The lobby layout creates a significant bottleneck directly in front of the entrance. During my visit, four people were waiting in line to use the kiosk. Adding a second kiosk, or reconsidering the placement, could help improve the check-in experience and keep the entrance clear. More concerning was the blood draw room. There appeared to be 50+ vials of collected blood and more than five urine specimen cups sitting next to me. The technician is very skilled and professional and her smile helps to relax me. Her name is Doaa or Dooa (something like that). She's drawn me in the past too. She is the only technician that always finds the veins instantly. No poking around and no excessive bleeding afterwards, just a tiny very small drop maybe requiring small covering.
