I have been in recently for two visits. I told my phlebotomists each time how impressed I am with their efficiency, friendliness, and timeliness. It's the best I have ever encountered in a lab setting - hands down. I was just there with Garrett on Monday and he was great! I think Garrett and all the lady phlebotomists (I'm sorry I don't remember all their names) deserve some real positive recognition.
We have always had pleasant experiences at the Quest Diagnostics in New Smyrna Beach, until today! After submitting a urine sample for my husband's suspected UTI we were alarmed to learn that the urine culture could not be completed because the lab received an empty sample bottle. Yesterday, we gave the sample to the staff member, Arianna, and watched her place a label on the bottle. What happened?
