Quick, professional, just hard to find the place in the plaza
My favorite Quest location because the staff are friendly, fast, efficient and the office is very clean!! Place is located in a nice shopping complex with lots of parking. Located on the second level, elevator is provided.
Terrible customer service. Long wait times, even with an appointment. Very rude staff. I don't recommend taking a child there. Quest on Veterans is farther but better.
The quest location on Metairie road is my favorite! I never even feel them out the needle in unlikine other quest locations. I had asked the incredibly nice phlebotomist to try my left arm, since my right was bruised from blood work at a different quest location earlier in the week, and even though my veins are often hard for doctors and nurses to find, I barely felt anything as she moved the needle around to try and find the vein.
