Went here and it was closed! It says it's open but it's not! Wasted my time
I had a two bad experiences here. I made my appointment a month in advance for routine lab work and other testing. On 10/8/2020 they didn’t have the kit needed for my testing. I understood and I let it slide. Today 10/29/2020 it was the second time in which I returned for routine lab work for my appointment at 7am. I brought my script (on my phone) since my doctor didn’t sent it to the lab, however your employee stated she couldn’t do it due to HIPAA (I work within healthcare system and I totally get it). Made an appointment and showed up on time only to be told they've been without internet since 8 am and cannot do my labwork. My appointment was at 1:30, so were they just dwidilling their thumbs during all those hours? They told me to go to another location while knowing all quest close soon. Super frustrating, unreliable, time wasted, and no lab work done.
Buen laboratorio la atención es de primera... No sé inglés pero la sra Shana me ayudó y facilito con la máquina para mí registro... Ya que por teléfono no pude concretar la cita me vine directo al sitio .... Una vez que tocó mi turno la srta María me atendió buenísimo unas manos suave que no sentí la aguja esa si hablaba español ... Colaboraron muchísimo.... Gracias chicas
Disorganized, web site not working to make appointments, came as walk-in , at 10:00 am they said only appointments and they were at lunch anyway … the main web site never works so I come as a walk in .. never an issue until today Im on a wait list the office is empty of customers
