Honestly, I would rate my visit 2 out of 5 stars regarding my blood draw appointment on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at approximately 8:40–8:45 a.m. The following account is based on my direct observations and the statements made during the encounter. I made an online appointment and was seen 10 minutes earlier on a saturday morning. Lab work in and out in 15 minutes. Large waiting room. Lower street level.
The medical staff had a poor attitude and were not respectful during my visit. They seemed impatient and dismissive, which made the experience very unpleasant. I would not recommend this clinic based on the level of customer service I received.
The office was exceptionally clean, and there was no wait time—I was called in immediately after checking in. The technician was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this place.
I wouldn't usually write a review for a blood test but I had so much extra time cause that was so quick and easy I wanted to show some love. Good times.
