Great customer service and quick service by skilled staff.
Staff is extremely rude. Watched an older woman lab tech yell at a patient that had been there since 7am who was fasting and had morning sickness because she was asking if they’ll be able to take a walk in because she had been waiting for two hours mind you they were serving up to 9 patients at a time got all the way down the 4 for a good 20 mins and yelled at her that they’re busy and she should have made an appointment. To make a long story short, I need to Lab work done. I tried the quest closest to my home. No luck so busy appointment three days out or so late in the afternoon I would have to leave work after fasting overnight with no coffee not happy so I took a chance and went to the Atwater location closest to my job where Jasmine was awesome very helpful. Very nice very professional thank you Jasmine. Any other bloodwork from now on I’m coming to Atwater.
