The lady who assisted us was great! I wish I remembered her name so I could name her personally. She was so patient and caring. She took extra time to verify the testing my daughter needed even though we were the last clients of the day and we finished up after closing. My daughter is terrified of needles, yet this was the easiest most pleasant experience she has ever had. She spoke so much life and encouragement into my daughter I wouldn't be surprised if the fear of needles is gone completely. 100/10 experience.
Honestly did a great job, night and day on the last place I went. Clean and professional.
I think I was in and out of my appointment before my appointment time even arrived (I checked in 10 minutes before my appointment). The phlebotomist I encountered was very courteous, kind, and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to use Quest again!
Trying to get ahold of them to see id my doctor sent the info over before I drive an hour there and THERE IS NO WAY TO GET AHOLD OF SOMEONE HERE
Your Phlebotomist stuck her needle straight through my vein forming a high bruise from the blood under my skin, and wondered why she couldn't get any blood...She found another vein and drew ok....That was a week ago and the bruise is still huge...So, now when I go to my class reunion next weekend, I get to look like I'm living on a street in San Francisco...Thanks Quest, I've used you a lot over the years, but this just too stupid of a mistake to make...
