These ladies are so sweet!! I went in to get lab work done for a Dr and I have the absolute worst veins, anytime I get blood drawn an ultrasound is needed. They still tried their best and were so nice about it. They have a great vibe and seem to enjoy working together. Thank you so much ladies ❤️
I had an extremely frustrating experience at this Quest location today. I arrived thinking my appointment was at 2:00 PM, but realized I was actually an hour early. Since they clearly advertise that they accept walk-ins, I politely asked if they could take me early. Instead, they proceeded to take multiple walk-ins ahead of me while I sat there waiting. When I asked if they could simply cancel my 2:00 PM appointment and process me as a walk-in so I could be seen sooner, I was told their system “couldn’t do that.” So somehow ... read more
Ms. Destiny was both welcoming and charismatic! I simply just love her energy and technique on taking my blood; I barely felt it. She made my unwanted visit pleasant and painless.
