Not sure what the point of scheduling an appointment is. I showed up early, as instructed and waited... and waited... and still waiting. My appt was an hour ago...
Usually good but but when comes to the Drug testing bot friendly and accommodating at all ... Not able to take appointment on time while I'm sitting in the waiting with full bladder ...and one of the agents purposely pushing my appointment.....
If you have a medical disability where you can’t physically hold your urine like prostate problem from surgery they do not care they will let you pee yourself in the lobby this is ridiculous
They are never close to being on time and the check in kiosk doesn’t work
I made a 10:30 am appointment online last week.I arrived and waited until 11:00 am this morning before I could no longer wait. I rang bell for assistance and inquired about wait. Nurse told me it’s not their fault they are short staffed. I planned and prepared for this appointment and lack of planning and communication on their part isn’t going to be my emergency. My time isn’t less valuable than theirs. If I knew I could not make my appointment I am expected to communicate. Where is their communication?
