My advice: try to go anywhere but here if you need bloodwork. I felt like I was being punished having to sit in the grim, depressing waiting room. Even with an appointment, there’s no guarantee you’ll be seen. What an awful experience.
The staff was rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. They had a bad, judgy attitude from the first second they opened the door to call me back. They clearly hate their job and anyone who dares come as a customer. These are qualities you don’t want from someone who is about to stick you with a needle. I will never come to this location again. The one in mercy hospital is a much better choice.

Horrible!!!! Absolutely horrible, do not go to this location. I arrived at 8:30am and it’s 11:15 and I still have not left.
