For a self-pay exam, I made a same-day appointment. I'd been there once before, a few years back, and I rememered it can be tricky to park (and, of course, that the mdday traffic on "Walton" is horriffic). The iPad check-in was fine and I was called 5 minutes after my appointed time, which was improved. The phlebotomist was friendly, fast and skilled.
