It was my first visit to a quest facility and I thought the building and waiting area were very warm, friendly and delightful to be in. My phlebotomist was very kind and compassionate to my blood draw. She engaged in conversation and it was a pleasant experience.
Phlebotomist in room 3 is just the worst. I had the misfortune to have her collect blood for me on 3 occasions. She blew the vein every single time (no one else does in that office). The same happened to my spouse with her. She was also rude to me in 2 of these appointments because I needed to use the bathroom. Absolutely unacceptable
Really unhappy phlebotomists. I think they definitely need a receptionist to deal with everyone who comes in.
