Have been bringing my grandparents here for some time and experiences have been a mixed bag. The last few appointments we had a nurse giving attitude to my elderly and disabled grandmother and seems to not be trained to deal with senior/disabled citizens. This last time all I asked was if we could limit how many times my grandmother had to get up/change chairs to limit strain and was answered with attitude and being asked to leave the appointment room if I wasn’t the power of attorney. Diamond is the best!!!! I was so anxious to get my blood drawn but as soon as I walked in, Diamond helped me and was so calming. Seriously the best experience I’ve ever had getting my blood drawn. Love them all here!!!!
