I had an appt at 3:20, and was done by 3:26, i forgot the young lady name but she was fast,friendly ,and efficient. I actually mentioned to her at the end of my appointment i came to this location based on the reviews. I would recommend!
I had to drop off a specimen at Quest in Greene tree rd in Pikesville today. When the door opened into the lab and a phlebotomist came out I told him that I needed to drop off a specimen, he told me: give me a minute and disappeared, then another phlebotomist came out in 10 minutes, I told her, too that I needed to drop off a specimen, she said the same thing: give me a minute. Quest is my preferred place to have blood drawn. Over the years that I have had to use the service because of my diabetes Each technician has been very professional, and personable. My blood is always drawn on the first stick without pain. I love the fact that the employees enjoy their work and excell at it.
Fast service and everyone was professional.
