Poor Customer Service. A tech named Mimi (probably gave me a false name) was unprofessional and sarcastic. When I addressed her unprofessionalism she became passive aggressive. I did not feel comfortable with her especially if she was going to be the one drawing my blood. I went to LabCorp for a much better experience.
The technician was non-communicative to the point of being rude. He was looking out of the window constantly. My doctor’s phone number was not on the form, and he made it my problem, although he eventually looked it up on his computer. And I have a huge bruise on my arm where he took the blood. I wish there was a way to send you a picture. I would not recommend anyone to the Woodholme location.
There is a nurse here named Daneen who is absolutely phenomenal at her job. Not only is she very kind and polite but this is like one of the first times that I haven’t passed out while getting my blood taken in my entire life, which is always embarrassing for me because I’m like 200 pounds and then I fall on the ground and wake up to nurses feeding me cookies and apple juice. That didn’t happen this time. Daneen took my blood and I didn’t even feel a prick or pain or faint or nauseous or anything. Amazing!
