Tracy was great - good overall experience. Quest has come a long way.
Convenient location, prompt service. (I did have an appointment)
Appointment went as scheduled and staff was professional, skilled, and courteous. Waiting room was clean and well maintained.
I had the good fortune to be attended by two ladies. There was a slight snafu in that I had a routine appointment a week ahead and one to be done at this meeting. The two tests got mixed. As a result, Emalie and Que handled the problem with ease.
