Been trying to get a drug test for a job and it seems like I won't be able to get the job because they require it be from quest diagnostics. I went upstate to a location and was turned away as a walk in. The website doesn't have the test I need, so I can't schedule on the website as I was told to. And it seems like every branch is like this. They don't answer phones, they don't do questions, they don't do walk ins and they certainly don't do customer service.
Your website is broken. I'm trying to make an appointment and cannot. And I can't get a human being on the phone to talk to me to book an appointment either. So, now my options are, to drive out to one of the locations just to book an appointment. Or try to find somewhere else. I am appalled. I will do everything in my power from here on out to avoid using Quest Diagnostics.
