It was a quick visit and Nuncia was amazing. She greeted everyone in the waiting room when she first came out and said good morning to us all! I am in the customer service industry and you just do not see this level of care anywhere anymore! I told her I do not do well with blood draws and she took it upon herself to use a butterfly needle in order to make it easier. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that. Absolutely the worse!!!! Everyone is this small waiting room and they are asking people for their birthdate in front of everyone. Very unprofessional and slow for no reason!!! The wait time is also ridiculous. They really need to close this facility down or get more equipped workers to handle the population. Do not recommend anyone to come into this Walmart at quest labs.
