Unprofessional and rude staff. One of the ladies was helpful but I think it’s because they were new. They couldn’t find my veins and told me to come back another day after waiting over 2 hours as a walk in. They stuck a needle in multiple hands and arms and didn’t know what they were doing. Their check in system is horrible and they will intentionally put you at the bottom of the list if they don’t like you. Lady told me I checked in twice and had to be put at the bottom. They will argue with you in front of everyone.
Phelbs are efficient, made my kids comfortable with their blood draw. Highly recommend to make an appointment vs. walking in, otherwise - it’s straightforward and decent wait times.
