Quick and easy.
The lobby was full, there were a number of people who couldn't figure out the check in machine. Keep in mind, all the people coming in are over 65, many don't use technology. It;s a dis-service to not have someone at the check in desk, for walk ins and people who cant use the screen for what ever reason they have. This i do not like about quest. If I had another choice I would go elsewhere for this reason.

The staff here are rude, not at all helpful, and the phlebotomist that helped me (or tried helping me, a young Asian girl) and completely incompetent. I would NOT recommend this lab or this location as the staff are not only incapable of performing their job, they do not understand customer service or even just plain being nice to people.
