Refused to fo my tests without an explanation. I think they're just lazy and do t want to work. They refused to look my up in the system and just assumed I wasn't in it! I showed them the paperwork is printed as a backup and they still refused to do anything and jist mumbled things under her breath. Very strange behavior.
I’ve been to my fair share of labs, but the Quest Diagnostics on La Palma Avenue is easily one of the most well-run offices in the area. I had an appointment for bloodwork on January 26th, and the entire process was handled with the kind of quiet professionalism you don't always find in healthcare these days.
