Extremely friendly and efficient
It didn’t hurt at all when she took my blood. That’s unusual at other places but not here . She explained everything well. She checked to be sure my insurance covered the lab work. The check in process was very easy. There was no wait as soon as I checked in. Highly recommend.
Rude, disrespectful to me in front of waiting customers, accusing me of cussing in their waiting area. I never knew that "bull!" Was a cuss word. Boyce and Bynum were WAY better.
