Had a hard poke for my 15 month old that 3 other providers failed to get. Went to this location and the lady there got it on the first try!

Jodie/Jody was AWESOME!! She was the first person to draw my blood and it not hurt! If I could recommend her a million times over I would!! I wish I could get her every time
Prepare for a financial shakedown IN THE EXAM ROOM! Heaven forbid your referring clinic doesn't code something correctly because Quest refuses to correct any mistakes and will punish you directly no matter what your circumstance. Joplin deserves better and Mercy needs to kill this unholy alliance with Quest.
