No stars for this facility. They drew the wrong lab which made me have to miss my appointment and go to another facility for the same exact lab that was drawn 4 hours earlier. Incompetent, cannot read labs right and a waste of time to go here.
Someone I knew came here to get labs drawn to rule out a miscarriage and the lab ran the wrong test even though they had the correct order.. after days of anxiety waiting for this lab result now she is waiting even longer. Extremely frustrating.
This was the best lab experience! Check In was quick and efficient, even though there were several patients in the waiting room, there was minimal wait time. The lab was clean and well organized. The health professional that did the draw was excellent, pleasant and skillful. Lab draws are not my favorite activity but this was an excellent experience.
Waited an hour and a half and they refused to do my bloodwork that I had paperwork for from my doctor. My doctor entered an “end date” of 6/21 to make sure I had it done prior to that date and she told me to go any time in June. They would not do the bloodwork until that date even though that was the end date. Waste of time.
