Easy to make appointments. I suggest the app. On time. Not like a doctor's office, Quest respects your schedule. Amanda was my phlebotomist. Greeted me on time with a smile even though it was busy. Cheerfully gathered and confirmed necessary information. Painless blood draw. Then said she hoped I had a nice day. You just don't see this anymore and it should be noted when it happens.

Usually I receive a text message with verification code and a link to expedite check in:; this time I didn't. Perhaps Quest has phased that out; too bad, it was a time saver.
