My favorite Quest to visit. I make my appts the earliest I can and I feel every time I go it’s organized and fairly quick. The kiosk check in is so simple and easy to use. There’s been times when they’re a bit delayed in calling names but that’s to be expected at anywhere, I always account for that. I love the TV that displays who’s next and time waiting. Every time I have Aaron as my phlebotomist he does such a great job! Very pleased.

I had an appointment but wasn't seen on time. I was called almost 30 minutes later. There were only 2 people doing labs. For as many people you schedule there needs to be more staff. There were non appointments that had been waiting for almost 2 hrs. Yes they should have gotten appointments. But the doctors who send us to you never indicate you need to make an appointment . Unreasonably long wait times. With or without an appointment. Can't claim staff shortage. There's plenty of staff inside.

Pos place don't come to this place if You don't have an appointment. Been waiting 5 hours.
