I do not know how these workers remain so nice since i was patient 103 and they just kept coming in.Brandy helped me check in and was very helpful and knew what she was doing.I did finally figure out that Quest was located inside Walmart. Thanks:)))
Ok honestly not gna lie, I was a bit hesitant to come here after having scheduled my appt & reading the reviews! I arrived to Walmart at 7:30 & the door greeter directed me to where Quest was located. I checked in via the text message link I was sent (7:40 appt), & I was out the door by 7:50. My phlebotomist was Quan & he was friendly & efficient. He mentioned that I had an “estimated patient responsibility” for the labwork which I put on my CC but he confirmed it’s more of a “hold” since my insurance will get charged first ... read more
