The tech who did the blood work was fantastic--all my blood work visits to Quest are excellent--painless
I want to recognize Sonia at Quest Diagnostics in Boca Raton (East Palmetto Park area) for her outstanding service. This is the second time I have come to this lab and Sonia assisted me, and she has been absolutely wonderful both times. My doctors ordered 14 tubes of blood, which can be challenging, but she handled everything with great professionalism and care. This is my preferred Quest location. The Phlebotomists are kind, professional, skilled and gentle when entering the vein and drawing blood. In addition, I am in and out quickly. I travel farther to this location, but it is worth it everytime. Thank you!
Very patient, quick and they even brought me water.
