Sheena was so warm and welcoming. Getting my blood drawn makes me a little nervous but she was very precise and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process.

Lady that drew my blood was distracted. She poked me the first time and bc no blood came out she half removed the needle before moving it still inside of my arm to find the vein. I was in a lot of pain, and I have a huge bruise on my arm. Something similar happened to my sister but it didn’t bruise this bad
