I am a very hard stick and I told the young man that I usually have Kim draw my blood so he brought me to Kim and she got me first time. It was wonderful.
I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics (Brooksville on Cortez). The office was clean, organized, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The phlebotomist was excellent—kind, knowledgeable, and very gentle during the blood draw.
