The check in on phone upon arrival is excellent, I was called in immediately, very professional tech accommodated my bloodwork explaining his actions each step of the way and a very kind attitude. Great experience!

It’s difficult for me to write this review because I’ve been visiting this lab regularly for nearly two years, and my concerns are very specific. The facility itself is clean — actually the cleanest lab I’ve ever been to — and the staff are always polite and friendly. Which is why I gave 4 stars. My main issue is the blood draw experience, particularly for patients like me with small, deep veins. If I happen to be assigned the wrong phlebotomist, I often leave feeling like a pin cushion. The lady who did my stick did a fantastic job! The worst pain was ripping off the bandage when I got home. They always do an amazing job and are very professional.
