While the phlebotomists here are helpful, they are clearly overwhelmed. Quest seems to have made the decision to understaff their locations, so the phlebotomists need to double as front-office staff, administrators, and clean-up crew. Two weeks later, I'm still waiting on my complete results and Quest as a whole seems to go to extreme lengths to prevent me from talking to a human about what might be going on. Yolonda Sessoms deserves 5stars review for a reason. Have been a patient of her since the old Quest location.Ive been always impressed by her professional and time management skills. During my last visit it striked me for how humane and accommodating she is towards the patients. Its not easy and common in the fast and very demanding work environment. Yolonda is on the top. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I had a scheduled appointment at 7:40am on June 29th with Quest Diagnostics in Livingston, NJ for a Biometric screening for my wife's employer. I arrived early and checked in at the kiosk as there is no one to greet patients upon arrival. I noticed that people were being called ahead of me and after 30 minutes, i was able to get the attention of one of the technicians.
