Appointment was on time, the person taken the blood had excellent skills. I was out of there in no time and got my results pretty quickly.
The young lady that took my blood did not hurt me. She was efficient and I was in and out of there in no time she was wonderful.
My phlebotomist was excellent! I had been turned away at the Metarie Road branch due to the lack of codes assigned to testing my physician ordered. My plebotomist took the time to enter each test for my blood draw. I appreciated that and the fact that she was able to get the blood on the first try.
