My flobotomist was AMAZING. She was professional, fast and polite. The only thing I didnt love was the one check in kiosk. The people in front of me took about 9 minutes (!!) to check in and I couldn not check in because there was only one kiosk.
Had the best experience getting my blood drawn today. I wish I got the name of the phlebotomist there this afternoon at 1:30PM 11/25/25 because I have never had a more painless time. She was great. I was in and out fast. Thank you! Edit: came again today January 23 2026 at 2:20pm. Super good experience again. On time, smooth fast painless blood draw.
I had the greatest experience at Quest Diagnostics at 447 Atlantic Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11217. I was helped by Shania and she was very professional and efficient. I walked in without an appointment and was seen in less than 30 minutes and was out in about 5 minutes. The whole experience was practically painless. By far the best experience I’ve had in a lab. Thanks a lot Shania!
