Efficient service and very kind technician named, Raquel. I was a little fearful and dizzy and Raquel made sure that I was ok. The place is always spotlessly clean and runs like a top!
My visit was 100% satisfied i would recommend any one to go there for their test anytime
This has to be the worst Quest in nyc. Anytime I have gone the phlebotomists, either are incompetent or have issues with specific people, leave the worst marks, bruises or swelling after drawing blood. If you can, please go to another location or risk being hurt. It is wild.

absolutely terribly run. had a 12:30 pm appointment and no one ever saw me as they kept just taking in the walks ins and telling me I would be next (I was not next, they just kept taking walk ins). Then they took someone with a 1:30 pm appointment and left me waiting. Had to leave as I work and have work obligations and they never saw me in my booked time (took my lunch break to get my blood test drawn).
