Unhelpful people for walk in customer
My blood test results were not downloaded to MyQuest account.
Went to the first Quest lab, 9 patients ahead of us, only one lab tech, so We went to another location, been sitting for 30 minutes now on a standby by listening to. Quest charges My insurance enough to hire a few more techs but I guess that would be lower shareholder returns wouldn’t it.
