I have continuously received great care/service at Quest Diagnostics facilities. My appointment time was met with a friendly face. The technician was thoughtful ( asked me about my day, along with had I fasted, etc.), organized, thorough and fast and accurate. Great jab!!! This was a new location for me, but have been using Quest for years. I definitely recommend
This place is understaffed with poor customer service. Avoid.

I thought Monica did a great job. Friendly and efficient. Can’t ask for much more than that.
Monica helped me on NYE as a walk-in. She was quite professional yet friendly and went straight to work verifying my info and then taking my blood work. She was gentle and polite, and I made some chitchat with her while she did my blood draw. I appreciate how well I was treated, especially on probably quite a busy day as NYE.
